"FILE is an association of attorneys, researchers, law enforcement officers,
legislators, and other experts working to ensure immigration law is being
enforced. It assists in filing lawsuits and complaints and helps Americans who
have been harmed by government failure to enforce immigration law.
"FILE was founded in 2002 in New York. In 2003, FILE established headquarters
in Washington, DC. It is divided into departments, each addressing a
specific area in which immigration law is unenforced:
"FILE is concerned about the security and integrity of the nation's
methods of ascertaining a person's identity.
"FILE is concerned that some municipalities have adopted policies that
flout immigration law by promising illegal aliens sanctuary from law enforcement
and by offering them public services.
"FILE is concerned about visa, asylum, and other immigration fraud.
"FILE is concerned that some states offer discounted, "in-state" post
secondary tuition aid to illegal aliens, but charge citizens from other states
higher tuition fees.
"FILE is concerned with the current custom of granting U.S. citizenship
to children born in the U.S. to illegal aliens, temporary workers, and
tourists."
In our view, FILE is the primary organization taking legal action to ensure
proper and logical enforcement of U.S. immigration law.
FILE has not been evaluated by the BBB Wise Giving Alliance.
